QuantumForge Solutions Inc. (“QFS”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Information We Collect
We collect information only through two channels:
- Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect: your name, your organization name, and your message. We do not collect an email address through the form. We will respond to the address you provide in your message if you choose to include one.
- Aggregate analytics. This site uses Plausible Analytics to understand traffic patterns. Plausible collects no personal data and sets no cookies. See Section 4 for full details.
2. How We Use Your Information
Contact form submissions are delivered directly to the QuantumForge Solutions inbox for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not store submissions in a CRM, marketing platform, or any third-party system. Aggregate analytics data is used only to understand which pages visitors find useful. It is never linked to individuals.
3. Data Residency: Canadian Jurisdiction
All data collected through this site stays in Canada:
- This website is hosted on a DigitalOcean server in Toronto, Canada (region: ca-toronto-1).
- Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend receives the submitted fields (name, organization, and message) solely for delivery purposes and does not retain or use this data beyond transmission.
- Plausible Analytics is self-hosted on infrastructure in Canada. No analytics data leaves Canadian jurisdiction.
- This website and its analytics infrastructure are hosted entirely in Canada. Contact form notifications are transmitted via Resend for delivery only.
4. Analytics: Plausible
This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible:
- Does not use cookies or local storage.
- Does not collect or store personally identifiable information.
- Does not track visitors across sites.
- Does not fingerprint devices.
- Collects only aggregate data: page views, referrer, browser type, and country. Sufficient to understand traffic patterns, nothing more.
5. No Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).
7. Your Rights Under PIPEDA
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Withdraw consent for processing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 8. We will respond within 30 days.
