Aria: The Voice That Answers When Your Clinic Can't
Aria is a sovereign AI voice receptionist built for Canadian regulated clinics. She answers every call after hours, on weekends, and during statutory holidays. She keeps every word of every conversation in Canada.
She was built for fertility clinics, psychoeducational assessment clinics, and any regulated health practice where missed calls mean missed patients, and where the data on those calls carries legal weight.
Aria is not a chatbot. She is not a voicemail upgrade. She is a PIPEDA-compliant intake system that speaks, listens, captures, and routes, with a blockchain-verified audit trail per call.
Pricing: $9,999 setup + $4,997/month.
What Aria Does
When a patient calls your clinic after 5 PM, Aria answers. She captures the intake information accurately, escalates urgent cases to your on-call clinician, and loads a clean summary into your EHR. Your team arrives Monday morning to organized intake records, not a wall of voicemails.
24/7 After-Hours Voice Intake
Aria answers calls around the clock, covering evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays. She sounds like a competent intake coordinator, not an automated system. Patients describe what they need. Aria captures it.
PIPEDA-Compliant Data Capture
Every call includes explicit consent disclosure. Intake data is collected under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation (PIPA in Alberta, PHIPA in Ontario). Aria captures what your intake workflow requires, including chief concern, funding source, urgency indicators, and contact details. Nothing outside that scope.
Canadian Data Residency
Every recording, transcript, and intake summary is stored in Canada. Canadian servers, Canadian jurisdiction, Canadian law. When your regulatory college asks where patient data is stored, the answer is one sentence. For details on AI processing architecture during Phase A and Phase B, see the Infrastructure Transparency section below.
Blockchain-Verified Audit Trail
Every call generates a cryptographically verified record: who called, when, what was captured, where data was stored, what access occurred. If a patient requests their call record under PIPEDA, you provide it. If you face a regulatory inquiry, you have proof.
EHR Integration
Aria integrates directly with common clinic EHR systems (Office Ally, TherapyNotes, Simple Practice, and others). Call summaries load automatically. If you use a different system, we build the integration in the first week of setup.
What You Are Actually Buying
Aria does not sell voice minutes. It sells certifiability.
The question that matters to a regulated Canadian clinic is not “how many calls does Aria handle per month?” The question is: “If my college audits my intake system tomorrow, can I prove that every patient conversation was handled with PIPEDA-compliant consent, stored in Canada, and documented with a verifiable audit trail?”
Most clinics cannot answer yes. Their after-hours calls go to voicemail on US-hosted phone infrastructure. Their intake recordings transit Google Voice or RingCentral servers in Virginia. The practice manager has no idea where the data lives. The compliance answer is “we're probably fine.”
A regulatory inquiry does not accept “probably fine.”
The $9,999 setup fee does not buy you a phone system. It buys you the right to say “yes” when your college asks whether your AI intake is PIPEDA-compliant, with the documentation to prove it.
This reframes the pricing. $4,997/month is not the cost of a voice receptionist. It is the cost of documented compliance infrastructure. Every call receipted, every consent recorded, every data transfer within Canadian jurisdiction. A regulatory inquiry costs more in a single week. A missed patient due to a privacy breach costs more in reputation alone.
You are buying proof. Every month.
Infrastructure Transparency: Phase A and Phase B
If you are a compliance-conscious buyer, you deserve a direct answer about the current state of Aria's infrastructure. Here it is.
Phase A: Current Development State
Aria's voice AI currently runs on Anthropic Claude (US-based) for conversational intelligence and Amazon Polly for voice synthesis. Both are US-based services. Call audio and transcription processing currently cross into US infrastructure during AI processing.
We are transparent about this because it matters to your compliance posture. Phase A is our development state while Canadian AI providers reach production parity. Intake data is stored in Canada. AI processing during Phase A is not.
Clinics that require fully Canadian AI processing, with no cross-border transit at any stage, should deploy at Phase B readiness (below), not Phase A.
Phase B: Production Target (What You Are Committing Toward)
Phase B is the production architecture Aria is built toward: fully Canadian AI processing, with sovereign voice synthesis and conversational AI running entirely within Canadian infrastructure. No US API calls. No cross-border transit at any processing stage.
When you contract with QuantumForge Solutions, Phase B is what you are purchasing. The contract specifies the Phase B architecture as the delivery target. Phase A is an honest disclosure of the development path, not the production promise.
The Why Canadianpage covers the legal distinction between “data not stored in the US” and “data not subject to CLOUD Actjurisdiction” in detail. Phase B eliminates both concerns by design.
Pricing
$9,999 setup + $4,997/month.
The setup fee covers custom configuration of Aria for your clinic's intake workflow, PIPEDA-compliant consent architecture, EHR integration, compliance documentation, and a documented audit trail infrastructure. Setup takes 2–3 weeks.
The monthly fee covers 24/7 sovereign AI intake coverage, PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law compliance by architecture, blockchain-verified audit trail of every call, and ongoing support.
For context: a part-time receptionist in Canada costs $2,500–$3,500/month before benefits, overhead, and vacation coverage. A single regulatory inquiry into data handling practices runs tens of thousands in legal and remediation costs. One missed patient referral due to an after-hours intake failure can represent years of clinic revenue.
Every clinic is different. Call volume, intake workflow complexity, EHR system, and provincial privacy law requirements all affect your deployment. Book a calland we'll walk through what Aria looks like for your specific practice.
"The aurora borealis appears most clearly when the sky is darkest. Aria is the voice that answers in that window — the 8 PM call-back, the Tuesday evening voicemail that becomes a patient. That is why her color is violet. It is not a brand choice. It is a time of night."
Get Started With Aria
Your patients call after hours. They call on weekends. They call when your clinic is closed and they need an answer that voicemail cannot give them.
Aria answers. She captures what matters. She keeps everything in Canada. And when your college asks whether your AI intake system is PIPEDA-compliant, you hand them the documentation.
That is what certifiability looks like in practice.
